I'm a Mental Health Change Therapist. My work is warm, honest and down to earth.

Many of the struggles we experience today are not signs that something is wrong with us. They're often old emotional patterns that once helped us survive, but are no longer serving us.

Together, we'll work towards meaningful, lasting change. Not simply managing symptoms, but understanding and transforming what lies beneath them.

How change happens

Your brain can update old patterns. Really.

Most people don't struggle because they're weak. They struggle because their nervous system is still responding to emotional experiences that happened months, or even years, ago.

Modern neuroscience has shown that emotional learning isn't fixed forever. The brain has an incredible ability to update old emotional patterns when the right therapeutic conditions are created.

That process is called memory reconsolidation, and it sits at the heart of my work.
