Hi, I'm Lisa

I'm a Mental Health Change Therapist, and I help people untangle the emotional knots that keep them stuck.

I believe people deserve to understand why they think, feel and react the way they do. Many of the struggles we experience today are not signs that something is wrong with us. They're often old emotional patterns that once helped us survive, but are no longer serving us.

Together, we'll work towards meaningful, lasting change. Not simply managing symptoms, but understanding and transforming what lies beneath them.

My work is warm, honest and down to earth. No judgement. No jargon. Just genuine conversations that help you move forward.
